TFU TREATY OFFICE

From agreement to living record.

A protected treaty-execution service for sovereign Nations, Tribes and members of The Family Unites.

UNITY WITH ACCOUNTABILITY

Not an open document uploader.
A governed execution process.

Every treaty submitted through TFU is reviewed before signatures are released. The Treaty Office confirms the agreement version, participating parties, authorized signers and National Records destination.

Submit an agreement ↗
01

Submit the agreement

A Nation, Tribe or TFU member uploads the proposed PDF or Word document, names every party and supplies each signer’s name, email, title and represented Nation or Tribe.

02

TFU prepares the treaty

The Treaty Office reviews authority, creates a plain-language overview, organizes the governing terms and confirms the protected signer roster.

03

Authorized parties sign

The first signer receives secure access. After that signature is recorded, remaining signers receive their requests and may type or draw their signatures.

04

Preserve the executed record

The completed treaty is available to download, print or save. A TFU administrator then files it under every appropriate Nation or Tribe in National Records.

WHO MAY SUBMIT

Nations. Tribes. Verified TFU members.

Submission gives the TFU Treaty Office permission to review the agreement. It does not automatically authorize signature requests or National Records publication.

THE FAMILY UNITES

executed and remembered.
